Job Description

1. Review feasibility and the right level of automation based on workshops and functional specifications, then define the automation approach for SAP related processes.
2. Configure and unit test automated processes in Redwood Finance Automation and RunMyJobs following agreed designs and standards.
3. Build Redwood objects (task definitions, process chains, calendars, events, parameters, connections, credentials, notifications) with auditability and reusability.
4. Demonstrate automated processes to key users, support integration and UAT, resolve defects with SAP and functional teams.
5. Create and maintain technical documentation and quick reference guides.
6. Operate and improve the automation landscape (monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, capacity, housekeeping).
7. Design event-based orchestration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
8. Collaborate with Security, Basis and Infrastructure to meet requirements for connections and agents.
9. Contribute to delivery methodology and mentor engineers on best practices, code reviews and quality gates.
10. Daily: assess designs, configure connectors for SAP ECC/S/4HANA and BW jobs, prepare change requests, monitor workloads, troubleshoot incidents, develop regex and data transformers for SaaS-based applications.
